Every appointment also includes a thorough visual walkaround inspection of your vehicle's exterior and undercarriage for any visible abnormalities, plus a full under-hood inspection covering your engine, brakes, and all critical fluid levels. Our professional mobile oil change for diesel engine vehicles includes up to 10 quarts of full synthetic oil, a new oil filter, and a crush washer tailored to your specific vehicle. We also perform a comprehensive visual walk-around inspection for abnormalities and a full check of the engine and fluids to ensure optimal performance and safety.

01 What kind of oil is used? Will it void my manufacturer warranty?

Every oil change uses premium full-synthetic motor oil matched to your vehicle manufacturer's exact specifications — the grade, viscosity, and filter type your OEM requires, with no substitutions. Service follows OEM procedures and is documented at every appointment, so your manufacturer warranty stays intact and your records stay clean.

02 Are you insured?

Yes. Precision Mechanics LLC is fully insured for all on-location service work.

03 How does the 20% lifetime discount work?

Active military, veterans, police, firefighters, EMS, nurses, and full-time students get 20% off all services for life. To claim it, mention it in your booking notes and present a valid Military, First Responder, Nursing, or Full-Time Student ID at the appointment. If you qualify and also own a fleet, the 20% rate applies to your fleet vehicles too.

04 What if I'm not home when the mechanic arrives?

The vehicle just needs to be accessible. Many customers leave a note with the keys or arrange key access; others prefer to be present. Either way works — note your preference at booking.

05 Can the service be performed in an apartment parking lot or at an office?

Yes, as long as the location permits maintenance work on-site. Customers are responsible for confirming with their landlord, HOA, or property manager that mobile service is allowed at the address.

06 What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash — all taken on-site. Fleet accounts can arrange invoicing terms as part of their service contract.

07 Does the mechanic work on vehicles outside the 30-minute radius?

The standard service area is a 30-minute radius around Fort Wayne. Locations outside this area can sometimes be accommodated but may incur an additional travel fee.
